Firstly, just wanted to say that I picked the game up a day or two ago and have really been enjoying it.  I've always liked roguelikes and this one I find to be very friendly, easy to play with for a bit and put away, and still has lots of interesting content.

While there are a lot of things I would probably change (easy to say about most games, really) I have one recommendation that seems (to an outsider) that it would be easy to implement and would improve the flow of the game's interface:  Right Click to Swap Weapons.

As far as I'm aware, right-click isn't bound to anything at all - if this was a purposeful design decision, then fair enough.  But as it stand the only command that I need to repeat often that isn't right around my character is to swap weapons.  Now it's not as if having to mouse across the WHOLE window twice is breaking my arm or anything, I'm just noting that it would be (much) quicker and simpler to be able to switch to a new weapon without having to even take my mouse on the enemy as he closes in on me.

Whether or not this ever happens, I do want to say thank you for an excellent little game that has already given me lots of enjoyment.  Money well spent, if you ask me.

P.S. Where IS that key to the Slave Girl Cages?  I feel like my little adventurer needs to relieve some stress before being horribly mauled to death on the next floor...

RMB for "swap weapons" would suck: I'd click it accidentally and then find myself dead after trying to slap something instead of stab it.

RMB for "attack with alternate weapon" would be nice, but it would break the "swapping weapons takes a turn" thing.

I guess in the end, the only way to make everyone happy is to have a way for them to define their own keys.

I'd be okay with it bound to right click. I'm 99% certain there are no keys to the slave girls, though. (This got me first time through, too)

Hi, thanks for the kind words. The game, as you've guessed, purposely only uses the left mouse button. I'm reluctant to add right mouse button functionality, and if I did I think I'd use it more for non-gameplay functions, like hide/show the GUI. As for swap weapon a lot of people use the [x] key as a shortcut instead of mousing across to the GUI.

I'm interested to hear what other people think about right button functionality though.
